Bite Bistro in Bellevue

Grapefruit "confit" with almond.
(Sadly I must say that Bite Bistro is no more. Their last dinner service was Saturday 8/11/12.)

Bite Bistro is located in a beautiful and cozy space on Lincoln Ave., the main street of Bellevue, that housed Vivo for a decade. Chef Sam DiBattista moved Vivo to Sewickley this summer, and his daughter Danina carries on brilliantly in his stead. Bite Bistro has a small, but thoughtful menu, with small dishes, soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees priced around $15. Vegetarian options are promoted. And so is foie gras.

I've had two nice dinners so far; one with a large group and another as a trio. BYOB corkage/stem fees are cheap at $1 per person. This makes for an ideal evening with a group of people who enjoy sharing wine and brews. More later...

Bite Bistro on Urbanspoon

The menu changes from time to time; vegetarian options abound.

BYOB. That is all you need to know. $1/person fee.
